Leann Reynolds
President
Leann Reynolds is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and the management of the leadership team. Together the team is aligned to ensure Homewatch CareGivers is recognized as the premier provider of home care services worldwide.
Under her leadership, Homewatch CareGivers has grown to over 150 areas served in the U.S. with international offices in 9 countries. Gross domestic sales have increased over 35% since the beginning of 2006.
Prior to her position as the President, Ms. Reynolds began her own Homewatch CareGivers franchise in Portland, Oregon in the summer of 2003. Along with her business partner Carol O’Cell, Ms. Reynolds was responsible for administration, operations, marketing and sales for the office. This location grossed over one million in sales within two years of initial start-up. Their primary goal was to bring compassionate services to clients living the Portland area delivered by the highest quality caregivers. Although the office is still owned by Leann and Carol, the day-to-day supervision of care is handled by the Client Services Manager.
Ms. Reynolds joined the Homewatch CareGivers family in 2001, providing sales and operational support to the Northwest region of the United States.
From 1998 to 2003, Ms. Reynolds served as a Northwest Services and Support Manager for Hewlett Packard responsible for process improvement and the overall customer satisfaction of large IT customers. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Reynolds worked for Atlas Telecommunications responsible for implementing telecommunications services in over 12 cities throughout Germany. From 1991 to 1996, Ms. Reynolds worked for EDS in Louisville, Colorado managing large scale UNIX platforms in the data center. Ms. Reynolds has a business degree with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Colorado.
