Bob joined Homewatch International, Inc. in June 2006. Bob has more than 30 years of senior management experience in telecommunications, software, construction and franchise organizations where he has held positions of Chairman, CEO, President, COO and VP Finance & CFO. He has run a company with more than 600 people and annual revenues of $170 million. He has also played a lead role in successfully growing, positioning and selling three companies, and has raised more than $75 million in equity and debt funding. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum and is an advisor and Board member for various companies and charitable organizations. Mr. Sternberg holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Ohio State University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA from Loyola College.
