The Plano office 'care team' has served over 300 families in the community, and has been a member of the Homewatch Family since early 2004. Our Caregivers are our employees, and over 70% of the team have been with the agency since it started. We cater to special needs too, and our clients are all ages. You can select from 2hrs of care, through 24x7 live-in, and everything in between. We don't insist on any specific duration, and are happy to customize a plan that suits your needs. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and pride ourselves on the excellent caliber of individuals that we employ; and every successful applicant undergoes thorough screening, including background checks.

Dominique Andrews, the agency owner and Texas Licensed Administrator, is a long time Caregiver with years of experience including daycare; she hosts the popular THE ANDREWS ALERT on KAAM Legends 770am & KCMN Legends 1530am, which airs in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado Springs daily at 11:00.
Dominique is also an active 'educator', speaking to groups that range from churches through corporates, healthcare providers through estate and financial planners - and more recently, Long Term Care Insurance companies. With her combined personal experience as Caregiver to her late father, former CEO, and now the owner of a Home Care agency, no one understands the complexity of Long-Term Care better than Dominique.
