Bob joined Homewatch International, Inc. in June 2006 in the dual role of CFO and VP of Finance. In his roles, Bob manages the finances for Homewatch International and spends the majority of his time working with Franchise Partners to enhance their cash flow and improve their profitability.

 
Bob has more than 35 years of senior management experience in telecommunications, software, manufacturing and franchise organizations and has played a lead role in successfully growing, positioning and selling three companies. He is an active member of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network and has been an advisor and Board member for various companies and charitable organizations.

Mr. Sternberg holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Ohio State University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA from Loyola College.

Bob lives in Oregon with his wife and is passionate about golf, fitness, and international travel.
