Paula joined Homewatch International in May 2007 as the Vice President of IT. Paula’s focus is to leverage technology to strengthen communication, automate processes and increase the efficiency of Homewatch International and the Franchise Partners.

During the past ten years, Paula has held senior level management positions at several Fortune 100 companies where she successfully managed major projects, large budgets, and talented people. Prior to management, she was a technical professional. She brings a wealth of experience in all of the IT disciplines, including application development, network and server operations, infrastructure, architecture, and security.

Paula enjoys all types of outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and gardening.
