Signing Up for Urgent Senior Care is Easy
with Homewatch CareGivers
We know that life doesn't always fit into your plans. When an urgent senior care need arises due to an unplanned discharge from a hospital or skilled nursing facility, you are often not prepared. Whether you are across town or three states away, securing care for your loved one's urgent needs can be a quick and effortless process.
Our Quick Response Guarantee
We return phone calls, emails and other urgent inquiries within 1 hour during normal business hours, within 2 hours outside of normal business hours.
Doing it all Remotely
We can start taking care of our clients immediately; even when their children or main caregiver or decision maker are not available in person to execute the service agreement on behalf of their parent. This includes helping with a seamless discharge from a facility.
Client Evaluation
One of our managers during normal hours or our on-call manager is available to assess all new clients in person before care begins. That evaluation can occur in the home or at the facility where the client is currently staying, and can be within 2 hours of the request during regular business hours and within 4 hours during non-business hours.
Completing the Paperwork
One of our managers can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the home or at the facility. We can accept signed faxed copies, when a signature is required from an individual other than the client.
The evaluation is detailed, but simple and includes:
- Care Plan
- Client Medical Evaluation
- Client Social History
- Advance Directives
- Client Rights Verification
- Safety Evaluation
- Fall Risk Assessment
- Service Agreement
