	Title: Home Health Aides/STNA's Needed Immediately! Description: Homewatch CareGivers is currently looking for home care aides with at least 3 years of previous experience in a home care or facility setting. We offer: PTO (after 1 year), Holiday pay, Medical Insurance (certain qualifiers), Aflac Insurance, 401(k) (with matching after 1 year), Employee of the Month bonuses, Referral bonuses and other incentives. Requirements: Must be reliable, compassionate, be a self starter and motivated to succeed. Most (but not all) cases require experience with personal care, including bathing, toileting, feeding, incontinence care, oral hygiene, etc. Must be comfortable proving these intimate types of services for the elderly and disabled. STNA license not necessary but is a plus. Must be able to pass a background check. Driver's license with no more than 4 points and vehicle necessary. Requirements: Must be reliable, compassionate, be a self starter and motivated to succeed. Most cases require experience with personal care, including bathing, toileting, feeding, incontinence care, oral hygiene, etc. Must be comfortable proving these intimate types of services for the elderly and disabled.
