Doing it all Remotely

We can start taking care of our clients immediately after the service agreement is signed. This includes helping with a seamless discharge from a facility.

Client Evaluation

That evaluation can occur in the home or at the facility where the client is currently staying, and can be within 2 hours of the request. We also have an RN available to evaluate if required.

Completing the Paperwork

Our office staff or nurse can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the home or at the facility.
