Client Evaluation

Our representative must evaluate all new clients in person before care begins. That evaluation can occur in the home or at the facility where the client is currently staying, and can be within 2 hours of the request.

Completing the Paperwork

Our representative can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the home or at the facility. We can accept signed faxed copies, when a signature is required from an individual other than the client.
