Doing it all Remotely

We can provide care for our clients immediately; even when their adult children are not available in person to execute the service agreement on behalf of their parent. This includes helping with a seamless discharge from a facility.

Client Evaluation

Our nurse/case manager must assess all new clients in person before care begins. That evaluation can occur in the home or at the facility where the client is currently staying, and can be within 2 hours of the request.

Completing the Paperwork

Our nurse/case manager can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the home or at the facility. We can accept signed faxed copies, when a signature is required from an individual other than the client.  We accept all major credit cards or  automatic bank drafts to ease the stress of bill paying and for the convenience of our clients and loved ones.
