Our territory selection process is designed to set you up for success by working with you to build a territory with maximum earning potential. Our territories are not predefined, but are developed via collaboration between you and our franchise development consultants. We know the demographics needed for success; however, we consider your firsthand knowledge of your local area as well. The goal is to create a territory that is manageable, marketable, and has potential for success. Our existing Franchisees often start with one or two territories and expand into more as their business matures.
Exclusive Rights
Each franchise location we award comes with an exclusive right to service clients within the defined territory. We do not restrict, but rather encourage, our Franchisees to market their businesses within and outside of their owned territory boundaries to maximize marketing potential. Local referral sources outside of a specific territory may still service clients who live within a Franchisee's territory. Marketing outside one’s immediate territory also increases brand awareness for all Franchisees; many adult children live in different communities than their senior parents and may hear about Homewatch CareGivers from a different location than the one that serves their parents.
Measured Growth thru Multi-Unit Development
Homewatch CareGivers is proud to offer both single and multi-unit development options. Today, roughly 40% of our network has expanded to more than one territory and operates more than one location. These can be contiguous territories, in separate states, or across the country.
