Our Care Philosophy
Thirty years ago, Paul Sauer, the founder of Homewatch CareGivers, understood that the strength of his home healthcare business lay in the strength of each and every caregiver that comprised his staff. From the very beginning, the quality of their training, their ability to bring compassionate care to the frail and elderly, as well as their character and internal fortitude was the single most important element of his business’s success.
Today, our network of over 180 locations holds the same philosophy of home healthcare.
When our caregivers encourage independence and individual dignity, when they improve the client’s well-being and quality of life, when our clients are provided a safe and comfortable environment; we know we are providing peace of mind to our client’s, their spouses and their loved ones.
With our stellar operational guidelines, and collection of shared best practices, every caregiver in the field today is backed by 30 years of in-field experience. With the addition of Homewatch CareGivers University, we are able to provide a professionally developed training curriculum of over 2,000 classes to over 2,000 caregivers in our home healthcare network.
