Homewatch CareGivers has always been sweet and fair, on time, and is thorough when taking notes. The caregivers who come in enjoy playing Scrabble with dad. That's his favorite game. He used to be a grumpy old man, but now lights up when Ashley walks in the room. If anyone can make him happy, they can make anyone happy!
We are extremely pleased with all the ladies who are caregivers at Homewatch. Jessica, the social worker, does an outstanding job at checking in on mom while she’s in physical therapy. Anytime I call them, I get an immediate response from Dr. Herbert or Jessica. It feels good to know we can rely on them at any time because we know mom is well taken care of. It feels like they are a part of our family.
