Doing it all Remotely

We can start taking care of our clients immediately; even when their adult children may not available in person to execute the service agreement on behalf of their parent. This includes helping with a seamless discharge from the hospital.  Once your urgent needs are met, we will follow through and complete the necessary documentation.

Client Evaluation

Our Client Care team will complete a comprehensive assessment and  prepare a care plan for each new client before we begin providing care.  The evaluation can occur in the home, hospital or long-term care facility, wherever the client is currently staying.  We are available to meet with you at your convenience to conduct the assessment.

Completing the Paperwork

Our Client Care team will complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation. We can accept signed faxed copies, when a signature is required from an individual other than the client.
