The office of Homewatch CareGivers serving Phoenix and all of Maricopa County will answer and respond to all calls 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8A to 5P.  After hours, one of our staff is on-call to handle any of our clients' or prospective clients' needs.  When calling after hours, if your needs are immediate then following the instructions to be connected through to the on-call staff member, else you can leave a message that we will respond to first thing the next business day.


We guarantee that we will be able to respond to and staff any request within 2 hours or quicker, if necessary.

Doing it all Remotely

We can start taking care of our clients immediately; even when their adult children are not available in person to execute the Service Agreement on behalf of their parent. This includes helping with a seamless discharge from a facility.



We will have a staff member meet with the client and their family, as soon as possible and at their earliest convenience, to collaboratively put together a Plan of Care and execute a Service Agreement.

Client Evaluation

Our nurse must assess all new clients in person before care begins. That evaluation can occur in the home or at the facility where the client is currently staying, and can be within 2 hours of the request.

Completing the Paperwork

Our nurse can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the home or at the facility. We can accept signed faxed copies, when a signature is required from an individual other than the client.

Starting Care within 4 Hours of First Contact

We pride ourselves on being able to begin providing quality care to our clients within 2 hours of first contact.  We know you can't always plan life's events in advance.
