We are committed to preserving the dignity of those we care for, while promoting independence and peace of mind for the clients and families we serve. 

We go out of our way to customize everything we do to meet the needs of each client and their family. Because families can have a variety of schedules, we provide services on hourly basis; we do 12-hour shifts, over night and 24-hour care. We also work evenings and on weekends.

Because every client has individual needs and expectations, we offer a “Perfect Caregiver Match Guarantee.” We guarantee that we will continue to work with clients until they are perfectly happy with their caregiver.

We have wonderful, highly skilled caregivers. They are all screened, bonded, insured and receive ongoing training. Most importantly, they are employees of Poconos Homewatch CareGivers. So we take on the burden of worker's comp insurance and doing their tax paperwork so the client doesn't have to.
