We provide many services to assist clients who are rehabilitating or convalescing wherever they reside: at home, in senior apartments, in assisted living or independent living, at a hospital or surgical center, or in a rehab setting. We can provide respite care for family caregivers who need a break or go on vacation. Our caretakers assist senior loved ones for a brief time or an extended period. In home care services include companion care, dementia care, personal care, complex personal care, post surgical support, and transportation to appointments and shopping. We meet with our clients and the people who care about them to develop a collaborative plan that considers which services will best improve their quality of life. Our caregivers are our employees, so you don’t have to worry about taxes, liability, disability insurance, unemployment insurance and bonding. We only select people who have demonstrated skills and a commitment to providing the best home health care. They are bonded and insured, and have passed a thorough background check. We do comprehensive personality and attitudes testing. We require CPR/First Aid certifications and a TB test. We require that our caregivers receive regular training through monthly quizzes and on-line through Homewatch University to keep their skills sharp. We provide the “Perfect Caregiver Match Guarantee” to ensure you get the right caregiver for your family. We offer you the option of interviewing your caregiver in advance if you prefer. We have one overriding policy, to treat every client with the same consideration we would use if it was our own mom or dad using our services.
