	Title: San Dimas Caregiver Description: Homewatch CareGivers is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Personal Care Providers to care for clients in the client's home. A Caregiver must be reliable, dependable, honest, and caring; able to provide services to clients as assessed in the Care Plan. Duties may include assistance with the activities of daily living, personal care, such as; assisting with grooming and toileting, meal preparation, and engaging client in activities, light housekeeping, and transportation. Work as many or as few hours as desired. Requirements: The right attitude, a willingness to work, and a true desire to help others are the most important requirements. 1) At least 6 months minimum experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or nursing home--must be able to verify. 2) High School Diploma or GED 3) Valid Driver's license/ID 4) Car Insurance & reliable transportation 6) Clear background check 7) CPR/First Aid 8) Must be able to function with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for maintaining a professional relationship with the client. 9) Must attend monthly training on an on-going basis, as well as adhere to agency policies. 10) Must have excellent, effective communication skills.
