We return phone calls, emails and other urgent inquiries within 1 hour during normal business hours, within 2 hours outside of normal business hours.

Doing it all Remotely

We can start taking care of our clients immediately; even when their adult children are not available in person to execute the service agreement on behalf of their parent. This includes helping with a seamless discharge from a facility.

Client Evaluation

We generally prefer that a Homewatch CareGivers supervisor assess all new clients in person before care begins. That evaluation can occur in the home or at the facility where the client is currently staying, and can usually be within 3 hours of the request.  In an emergency, we can conduct the assessment and begin care simultaneously.

Completing the Paperwork

Our supervisors can complete all necessary paperwork during the evaluation in the home or at the facility. We can accept signed faxed or emailed copies, when a signature is required from an individual other than the client.

Starting Care within 4 Hours of First Contact

We pride ourselves on being able to begin providing quality care to our clients within 4 hours of first contact.  We know you can't always plan life's events in advance.
