    William Gillick is the owner of Homewatch CareGivers, where he has served his community since 2004. He has a BA from Colgate University and an MHA from George Washington University.

    “I have owned Homewatch CareGivers for 16 years, following health executive positions in hospitals and longterm care organizations,” he said. “The intense level of personal involvement with our clients makes this a very gratifying choice for me. I am very proud of our staff who show everyday their passion in caring for our clients.”

    Kaitlin Pelkey, RN, Client Services Manager, has been with Homewatch CareGivers of Buffalo since 2019.

    “My passion for homecare stems from wanting to help our clients remain in the comfort of their own homes as long as possible,” Kaitlin said of her work. “It’s very fulfilling to be part of a caregiving team that works as hard as we do to help our clients achieve their goals and really enjoy their lives to the fullest.”

    Chantel Battle Administrative Services Manager

    Chantel Battle, Administrative Services Manager, has been with Homewatch CareGivers of Bufflao since 2019. She has a BA in Gerontology, a BA in Sociology, and is working on an MS in Health Administration and Public Health.

    “My passion is geared toward serving and providing essential resources for the senior population,” she said. “This population is projected to increase dramatically in the near future. I plan to be a part of the specialized healthcare workforce needed to maintain and advocate for these individuals.”

    Pamela Ford, CAN and PCA, is the logistics coordinator for Homewatch CareGivers of Buffalo, NY. She has an associates degree in medical assisting.

    “My passion for healthcare stared when I took care of my mom, and it led me to nursing homes,” she said. “It is a wonderful feeling when you know you can help clients with needs and make a difference in their lives.”

    Rosaline Ricks, Billing Manager at Homewatch CareGivers in Buffalo, has been with the company since 2011.

    “My passion and love began years ago, with my grandmother who had Alzheimer’s,” she said. “Later, when I became the caregiver for my oldest brother, who was diagnosed with lung cancer at age 48, my appreciation for home care grew. I realized that when showing tender affection for the ones you care for and/or assist, it can have a huge impact on their lives. This gives them and their families a level of comfort and truth. The end result is joy for everyone involved.”
