National Family Caregivers Month

National Family Caregivers Month
Yes, many family caregivers are going 24-7-365 so one little month to recognize all their efforts might not seem like enough. In November, as many people gather with their loved ones to give thanks, it's also a good time to recognize the caregivers.

The theme this year is "Take Care to Give Care!" Those who care for others often neglect themselves. Find a way to take a respite from giving care or give someone a break from their duties. Get ideas at the Caregiver Action Network.
