Just when you eased off the New Year's resolution to lose weight and eat healthier, March rolls around with a reminder. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics created this annual campaign to encourage better eating. The 2017 theme is, "Put Your Best Fork Forward" and it's meant to remind people that every bite counts.
