    Homewatch Caregivers of Central PA is pleased to introduce the Business Marketer – Ms. Jill Harbaugh. Ms. Harbaugh has been with the non-medical, in-home care company for the past seven years and reports to Doug Allison, owner of Homewatch Caregivers of Central PA.

    As the Business Marketer, her duties included but not limited to: manage the day-to-day sales efforts of the business, developing and executing the company marketing plan and establishing and maintaining brand awareness through referral source contacts, trade shows, conferences, and community education efforts. In addition, identifying/meeting potential referral sources within service territory covering Centre, Blair, Cambria, Somerset, Indiana and Westmoreland Counties, including but not limited to the following: hospitals, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing facilities, skilled home health care agencies, hospice providers, and physicians/nurse practitioners.

    A resident of Johnstown, Ms. Harbaugh is a graduate of Liberty University where she earned a degree from the School of Communications with a concentration in advertising, public relations, and media management. She also has experience with handling the marketing efforts of several area small businesses. Ms. Harbaugh adds, “Homewatch Caregivers is a great resource for families. Being one of three kids and the only one still in town, Homewatch Caregivers can provide an extra set of hands to allow my parents to remain independent and for me to remain their daughter.”

    Homewatch Caregivers of Central PA is pleased to introduce the Johnstown Office Care Coordinator – Ms. Diane Green. Ms. Green has been with the non-medical, in-home care company for the past 16 years and reports to Doug Allison, owner of Homewatch Caregivers of Central PA.

    As a Care Coordinator, her duties included but not limited to: hiring/training new Caregivers, signing on new clients, and ensure and/or remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

    A longtime resident of Johnstown, Ms. Green adds, “Homewatch Caregivers is a great resource to have to call. I have a neighbor friend taking a vacation day to run her mom to appointments. I told her to Homewatch. As long as paperwork is established, our Caregiver can take them to appointments. And you can take vacation days to do something fun with your mom.”

    Homewatch Caregivers of Central PA is pleased to introduce the State College Office Care Coordinator – Ms. Genea Duck. Ms. Duck has been with the non-medical, in-home care company for the past 12 years and reports to Doug Allison, owner of Homewatch Caregivers of Central PA.

    As a Care Coordinator, her duties included but not limited to: communicating with office staff and manager, handle in bound calls, maintain client files, help with data collections, maintain patient confidentiality, ensure and/or remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations, manage Caregiver schedules and availability, manage all client schedules ensuring customized care plans are being met, handling of all reported issues with appropriate staff, hiring/training new Caregivers, signing on new clients, and ensure and/or remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

    A longtime resident of Centre County, Ms. Duck adds, “Homewatch Caregivers is a great resource that allows seniors to remain home and independent. We are a great set of hands to make sure your mom or dad or both are safe and happy at home Everyone does better at home and Homewatch Caregivers allows that to happen.”

    As a Care Coordinator, her duties included but not limited to: communicating with office staff and manager, handle in bound calls, maintain client files, help with data collections, maintain patient confidentiality, ensure and/or remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations, manage Caregiver schedules and availability, manage all client schedules ensuring customized care plans are being met, handling of all reported issues with appropriate staff and participate in interviewing, hiring and evaluation process

    A resident of Johnstown, Ms. Damian holds an AAS degree in healthcare management. Ms. Damian adds, “Homewatch Caregivers is the best agency I have ever worked for.
