Eric Wallentine is the owner and president of Homewatch CareGivers of Idaho. As an employer, Eric is passionate about helping people get into the healthcare field; as a business owner providing in home care services in his community in Coeur d’ Alene, he loves being part of keeping clients happy and healthy in their beloved homes.
With a background in studying economics, business administration and engineering, Eric is motivated by continually improving processes to make things better for all involved.
Eric and his wife, Shanell, have seven wonderful kids and five grandkids who they see as often as possible.

Nate Benjamin is an owner of Homewatch CareGivers in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and serves as the company’s Marketing Vice President. Nate really likes helping families find the care and resources they need to provide for their loved ones.
A graduate of Boise State University, Nate has business degree and had a career in the high-tech industry. After traveling abroad for work for many years, he was ready for a change to stay home and be more involved in the local community and home care was the solution.
Nate and his wife have four children and two grandchildren. He loves the outdoors and the beautiful Idaho mountains. He also enjoys serving in his church in various capacities.

Tiffinay (Hoven) Walker has chosen healthcare as her hobby and career. This mother of four is the Community Outreach Manager for the Homewatch CareGivers office in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and also serves as the Chairman of the North Idaho Walk to End Alzheimer's and Chairwoman for the Kootenai County Rake N'Run event to help those in need.
"I have spent all of my adult life in the medical field, specifically elder care and I love it!" Tiffinay says.

Eve McMullen, RN, of the Homewatch CareGivers in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho office shares her own bio:
"I have a special place in my heart for the elderly community and have become certified in dementia care. I am blessed every day by my interactions with elderly people. I really enjoy getting to hear the things the elderly experienced; their stories are so much better than a novel! I graduated from North Idaho College with a nursing degree in 1997 and have worked in various settings."
She also gives insights into who she is outside of work:
"I have been married for 22 happy years and am blessed with 3 wonderful teenage children. I also have the great pleasure of owning our Great Dane, Greta, who is as much a part of our family as any of us! I enjoy watching my children grow and we like to ride dirt bikes and ATV’s as well as camping, boating and traveling to explore our beautiful country."
