Castro Valley Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, and the Heart of the Bay

Homewatch CareGivers of Castro Valley acknowledges that every person has unique care needs, which is why a customized plan of care is created for each client.  Each care plan is based on several criteria including the client’s health and physical condition, any existing ailments or disorders, personal history, interests and preferences.  The plan of care is also designed to address current abilities and to maintain quality of life.  The caregiver is then matched to the requirements specified in the plan of care to ensure that the client is provided with companion care that can help alleviate loneliness or boredom, or more hands-on personal care to assist with activities of daily living.
