Star Power: Recognized as One of the Country’s Best

When someone opens a home care business they need not only people skills and compassion, but an eye on the bottom line and making their employees—as well  as their clients—satisfied. Larry Aronson, the owner of Homewatch CareGivers serving South Orange, New Jersey, was recently recognized for having all of these qualities in a countrywide search for America’s Top 50 Star Franchisees. 

Some of Mr. Aronson’s “secrets” to success include pay and benefits higher than competitors and planning ahead to build from the bottom up. When he opened his doors and began serving people in his community in 2009, he brought management experience from working in a completely different industry.
