Homewatch CareGivers Care+ technology helps with client outcomes, as featured in Telus International

In healthcare, SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics and the Cloud) is an acronym used for discussing how a combination of these 4 technologies are helping to improve healthcare in numerous ways.

Homewatch CareGiver was recently featured in an article on Telus International, an international Business Process Outsourcing provider, with a look at how SMAC technology can do a number of things for healthcare including measuring and improving upon patient outcomes.

Our CEO Julie Smith gave her perspective on how our proprietary business management platform, Homewatch CareGivers' Care+, helps to measure the progress (or decline) of senior clients' daily activities of living, such as getting dressed, moving around and eating. Not only does the cloud-based technology (Care+) enable professional caregivers to measure and report on these activities, but results can also be shared (with permission from clients and/or their families) with other healthcare providers.
