Integrity and Honesty Matter in Choosing Senior Care Business

Meet Bill Gillick, owner of the Western New York office in Buffalo since 2004. In this video, Bill talks about how he chose Homewatch CareGivers and what it’s like to run an in-home care business.

“I had an opportunity to meet with a couple of different organizations who did the same type of service and I really felt that the integrity and honesty of the Homewatch CareGivers organization made me feel comfortable,” he says.

Prior to owning his own business, Bill was a senior care health executive in Buffalo. He’s found being an employer and business owner rewarding as he is able to help families in their time of need.

“I think you have to have a true interest in caring for these folks,” he says. “We’re the primary caregivers for these folks around the clock.”

Watch the video to listen to what else Bill has to say about being a senior care franchise owner.
