Meet an Owner: ‘An Opportunity to Serve’

Tamera Mongin and her husband, Alan Mongin, are the owners of Homewatch CareGivers in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

“My husband and I have had a history of serving the community in the Crystal Lake area,” Tamera says in this video. “This business really provided us an opportunity to serve the community on a full-time basis.”

But just as the Mongins don’t want the people in their community to struggle alone, they too appreciate some support in running their business.

“We really felt that the home office supported us,” she says. “Not only in their words, but they were there when we needed them. I feel like I haven’t gone it alone.”

Watch this video and hear more about what else the Mongins love about their business and helping others.
