About Our Process

Our territory selection process is designed to set you up for success by working with you to build a territory with maximum earning potential. Our territories are not predefined, but are developed via collaboration between you and your dedicated franchise development consultant. We know the demographics needed for success; however, we consider your firsthand knowledge of your local area as well. The goal is to create a territory that is manageable, marketable, and has potential for success. Our existing franchisees often start with one territory and may expand into more areas as their home care business matures.

Protected Territory

Each franchise location we award comes with a protected territory to service clients. One territory consists of contiguous zip codes, with a population of up to 40,000 seniors (age 65+) with an option to purchase additional zip codes for a total population of up to 50,000 seniors. We encourage collaborative sales and marketing tactics by several owners in a region in order to increase overall brand awareness.

Homewatch CareGivers currently operates in over 225 locations in 6 countries. At the present time, we are actively seeking new franchise owners in the USA and Canada.
