    Rebecca opened Homewatch CareGivers of Loudoun in 2014. She is passionate about providing high-quality care to our clients and providing the best place for our employees to work. She takes pride in the personal relationships she has with our clients, their families and our caregivers.

    Tim is a native of Northern Virginia who started full-time with Homewatch CareGivers in 2017. Prior to that Tim had a 30 year career in telecommunications, customer service and technical call centers. Tim is a hands-on owner and is very involved in all aspects of the business.

    Hannah McMillan Client Services Manager

    Hannah joined Homewatch CareGivers in 2019. Prior to joining us she spent 18 years in government contracting supporting agencies to include the FBI and OPM. In 2017, she started a Consulting firm providing Business Development, Investigative and Program Management support to the private sector. Her primary responsibilities are managing client relationships, recruiting and hiring caregivers, and supporting the operations of the agency.

    Linda joined Homewatch CareGivers in 2016. She received her degree in nursing and has over 30 years of nursing experience, spending the last 12 years in Home Care. Linda is responsible for client assessments, QA Visits and caregiver skills training.

    Chris joined Homewatch Caregivers in 2016 and has 20 years of nursing experience, including 7 years most recently as a hospice nurse. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and is currently working on her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Walden University. Chris is responsible for client assessments, care plans, and QA visits.

    Skeeter joined our team in 2018 and is responsible for managing all client and caregiver schedules. Skeeter is originally from Uganda, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Uganda Christian University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute.
