We would be lost without the wonderful services Homewatch Caregivers has provided for my mother! Mom is elderly and blind, and with no family living in town, she is dependent on Homewatch to help her with grocery shopping, paying bills, reading her mail, and whatever else needs to be done around the house. The caregivers she has had over the years have been unfailingly kind and reliable. I am grateful beyond describing for what they do.

You can reach us by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because your call is important to us. If we happen to miss your call, we will return your message promptly during normal business hours (8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday), and as soon as possible during evenings and weekends.
We monitor our emails during normal business hours (8am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday). You can expect a reply within one business day.
We can start taking care of your family member immediately; even if you are not available in person to sign paperwork on behalf of your loved one. This includes a seamless discharge from a facility. You can complete any paperwork via email or fax, if your loved one cannot do so.
We can come to your loved one's home or meet at the facility where your loved one is currently staying to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of his or her needs. In many cases we can conduct the evaluation the same day you reach out to us.
We begin creating a care plan by first learning about your loved one's family history, medication regimen, medical history and favorite social activities. All of this information is used to begin our caregiver matching process, making sure your loved one's lifestyle is a good fit with his or her caregiver. We also conduct a thorough fall risk assessment of your loved one's home.
Client progress notes are available on request.
Family communication can be one of the most important aspects of our job as a home care agency. Staying on top of changing social schedules, running necessary errands, sharing notes from doctor’s visits, and communication about your loved one's general well-being are all important components in family communication.
We will ask you from time to time for feedback on how we are doing. It is the best way we know to make sure we are continuing to deliver the quality care you expect from us. Quality Assurance visits and Home Care Pulse surveys are two of the ways we stay on top of things.
