You can reach us by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because your call is important to us. If we happen to miss your call, we will return your message within 1 hour during normal business days and within 3 hours during evenings and weekends. We have had had a lot of positive feedback about how good our response times are. On many occasions we have gotten the care set up within the same day and sometimes within a few of hours. While the best laid plans take time to develop we have demonstrated time and time again how responsive our team is. Start Care Today isn't just an idea, it's a reality at Arvada Home Care. I answered a recent call from a past client at 8:30 pm to provide care the next morning at 8:30 am. We got it all set up within an hour. The client, who is a paraplegic, with a torn rotator cuff got assistance with her bath the next day and we took her to an appointment as scheduled. Email Us

We monitor our emails closely during business hours. Expect a reply within 30 minutes between 9a-5p, or by 9a the following day if after 5pm evenings and weekends. If you email us during weekend hours we will try our best to get back to you but we may not respond until Monday at 9am.

Immediate Care, No Matter Where You Are

We can start taking care of your family member immediately; even if you are not available in person to sign paperwork on behalf of your loved one. This includes a seamless discharge from a facility. You can complete any paperwork via email, mail or fax if your loved one cannot do so.

Scheduling the Evaluation

We can come to your loved one’s home or meet at the facility where your loved one is currently staying to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your loved ones needs. In most cases we can conduct the evaluation the same day you reach out to us.

Creating a Care Plan

We begin creating a care plan by first learning about your loved one’s family history, enjoyed social activities, medication regimen and medical history. All this information is used to begin our caregiver matching process making sure your loved one’s lifestyle is an excellent fit with their caregiver. We also conduct a thorough fall-risk assessment of your loved ones home.

We can make available to you weekly progress notes about your loved ones weekly activities.

Keeping Everyone in the Loop

Family communications can be one of the most important aspects of our job as a home care agency. Staying on top of changing social schedules, running necessary errands, sharing notes from doctor's visits and communicating about your loved one's general well-being are all important components to family communication.

How are We Doing?

We will ask you from time to time for feedback of how we are doing. It is the only way we know to make certain we are continuing to deliver the quality care you expect from us. Quality Assurance visits are one way we we stay on top of things.
