 Ideal candidates have:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • CPR certification 
  • First Aid certification

Are you energetic, organized, with computer scheduling experience and excellent communication skills? Can you work in a fast paced, demanding environment? If so, this is the position for you! Responsibilities include scheduling staff to complete in-home client visits, generating reports, employee relations and various administrative duties.

A minimum of two years previous scheduling experience is required; in a healthcare setting is preferred as well as excellent computer skills are required. This position requires that you be available to share an on-call rotation and flexible availability.

Homewatch Caregivers, a leading non medical care franchise company, seeks a customer friendly SCHEDULER / CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR with a strong customer service background to join our Team, assisting and supporting our clients and field staff.


  • Effectively manages the customer care procedures and serves as point of contact for client/customer relations
  • Scheduling staff for both new and existing client engagements for 24/7 needs
  • Managing ongoing client staffing process
  • Managing staff absences to ensure that all engagements are staffed as required
  • Weekly time sheet review and data entry for billing and payroll
  • Answering office phones, including "on-call" phone after normal business hours
  • Ensure high quality of customer care
  • Support intake calls and service standards



  • Office experience is required; preferably in a medical setting
  • Must be flexible with your schedule
  • Experience in scheduling in variations of areas: patients, staff etc
  • Computer skills required with working knowledge of excel and a quick learner with new databases
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service
  • Ability to multitask to complete multiple projects in a timely fashion, excellent organization and planning skills
  • Able to participation in an on - call rotation
