St. Louis Serving St. Charles and Jefferson Counties

At Homewatch CareGivers of St. Louis, we customize a plan of care for each client. Our head nurse is registered by the state of Missouri, has a PhD and teaches at Maryville University. With these credentials she is more than qualified to formally assess the needs of prospective clients. Once we have the assessment, our staffing coordinator uses it to structure a plan of care. In this way, our services are customized and not pressed through a "one size fits all" mold, where individuality can go unnoticed. Matching the right caregiver to the client is the most important step. We look for compatibility based on skills, experience, temperament and interests. Our "personality guarantee" ensures that if we don't match up the right client and caregiver at first, we will work at it until we do.
