The in-depth relationships made between caregivers and clients at home bring meaning and purpose to the work of a Child Care Worker. Flexible shifts allow you to work around school or other personal responsibilities.

    Candidate must be compassionate, reliable and dedicated individual to assist with Bright Horizon cases. These cases are child care cases with very few elderly cases. Children range in age from 5 months to 12 years old and can include more than one child. The care will take place in the home and the candidate will need to be okay with animals that reside in the home. The hours do vary from day to day as well as location. They are usually 7:45 to 4:30 or 5:00 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility is preferred

  • Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks

  • Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and have own transportation
