Lori opened a Homewatch CareGivers office in Windsor CT in 2011, and then acquired the Western MA locations in 2017. After many years working as an IT executive for a number of Fortune 500 companies, Lori chose to channel her passion for leadership and business management into a homecare service venture. According to Lori, she is ‘a very involved owner, and I continue to be active in the day to day delivery of our services.” “We really make a difference in people’s lives, and I enjoy being a part of that, along with my very capable team.”
Lori holds a BS in Business from Bay Path University, and received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She and her husband, Mike, really enjoy water sports, kayaking, fishing and boating-- especially on Cape Cod. Spending time with good friends and family always helps her to relax and recharge. -
Lynne Cardaropoli Client Services ManagerLynne Cardaropoli Client Services Manager
Lynn is a long-time staff member at Homewatch Caregivers, supporting our clients since 2002. She is a lead Client Service Manager in the West Springfield office, managing client and caregiver assignments, scheduling new client in-home consultations, and coordinating communications. Lynn is an energetic advocate for each client and applies her years of experience in the home care arena to each interaction and situation.

Mary has been with Homewatch CareGivers since 2008. She has experience in human resource and team management in a variety of customer centric businesses. Mary is one of the lead Client Service Managers in our office, responsible for client satisfaction, human resources, caregiver scheduling, and communications. Mary received her degree in Business Management from Bloomsburg University, and brings a commitment to quality discipline and outcomes to her role. She has great relationships with our clients, their families, and other agencies within the health care continuum in Western MA.

Christina Vernon, LMSV Client Care ManagerChristina Vernon, LMSV Client Care Manager
Christina has been with Homewatch CareGivers since 2014. She received her Masters of Social Work from Springfield College, with a focus on geriatrics and end of life care. She has also received her Certified Dementia Practioner designation. Christina initiates care planning, new client orientations, and makes regular in-home visits to monitor and engage with clients and families. Her dementia care specialization and advocacy has been extremely supportive to our clients, and has been recognized within the healthcare community. Christina is responsible for caregiver education and development.

Robbin Bunns Client Service CoordinatorRobbin Bunns Client Service Coordinator
Robbin joined Homewatch CareGivers in 2017, having worked in a variety of eldercare, dementia care, and direct care settings. She graduated from American International College with a B.S. in Psychology. In addition to her other responsibilities, Robbin is responsible for scheduling, client support, and customer satisfaction. Robbin is often one of the voices you will hear when calling in to Homewatch CareGivers.

Toni has been with Homewatch CareGivers since 2004. Her background and experience spans a number of roles across the health care continuum, specifically in the geriatric nursing care realm. Toni has been the lead coordinator of Homewatch CareGivers University, managing on-going training and skill building for our caregiver staff. She is a key member of the client and caregiver scheduling team, and assists with new client orientation and care planning.
