Homewatch CareGivers of Akron can be reached 24/7. If you should reach our voicemail, we are likely on the phone assisting another client. We will return your call at our earliest convenience (usually within the hour).

We monitor our emails 7 days/week. We will reply to your messages as soon as possible.

Immediate Care, No Matter Where You Are

In urgent situations, we can fax or email necessary paperwork. If your loved one is going home from a facility, we can work with their staff to ensure a seamless transition to home.

We come to you and create a custom plan

Scheduling the Evaluation

Many times, we are able to meet clients and/or family members the same day that an inquiry is made. We will work through the details with you and/or your family to ensure your non medical home care needs are met.

Creating a Care Plan

Our complimentary in-home evaluation process includes: a review of diagnoses, client social history, care needs and any other pertinent information with regard to care (including use of medical equipment, social activities, etc.)

Care Progress Reviews

Daily Visit Report forms are kept in the client's home for your review of care provided.

Keeping Everyone in the Loop

Our office is your main point of contact with regard to changes to client schedules, communicating about your loved one's well-being, relaying important information/feedback from physician visits, and much more.
