Larry opened the Homewatch CareGivers office in August 2009. Prior, Larry had a successful career in marketing and sales with large consumer products companies including Procter & Gamble, Warner Lambert, and Revlon. He is a hands-on owner highly involved with all aspects of the business. He takes pride in the person relationships he has with clients, their families, and our caregivers. Larry is a member of the South Orange Senior Citizens Advisory Committee and a trustee for the Kessler Research Foundation. He resides in South Orange.

Melissa joined Homewatch CareGivers in February 2013. She earned her MSW degree at Columbia University. She has over 20 years experience working in a variety of geriatric care settings as a social worker and a discharge planner, and has home care and hospital experience. In addition to a portfolio of clients, Melissa will be responsible for our community outreach efforts.

Stacey joined Homewatch CareGivers in September 2013. Effective July 2014 Stacey became our Director of Nursing. She has BSN degree from SUNY Binghampton and 28 years of practical nursing experience including five years of geriatric home care experience. Stacey lives in Springfield.

Margo joined Homewatch CareGivers in September 2011 and became a partner in Jan 2013. She earned her MSW degree at Columbia University. She has extensive experience in the home care field. Most recently, prior to joining Homewatch CareGivers Margo was a social worker for Jewish Family Service. Among her responsibilities Margo’s primary role is to interface with our clients and their families. Margo lives in Livingston.

Celina joined Homewatch CareGivers in December 2008. She has experience caring for the elderly in nursing facilities and private homes. Her responsibilities include caregiver hiring, training, and staffing. She also makes home visits to provide caregiver skill training on-site when appropriate. Celina lives in East Orange.

Debbie joined Homewatch CaregGvers in June 2015. She has over 30 years of practical nursing experience including hospice, community nursing, and over ten years affiliated with the St. Barnabas system. Her BSN is from Seton Hall. Debbie lives in Springfield.

Karen Frank, RN is known as the Project SHIN (Spiritual Healing Integrating Nursing) nurse in our community. Her work focuses on integrating physical, emotional and spiritual health. She advises individuals and families facing the challenge of health or lifestyle changes and consults with the “sandwich generation” seeking to provide care for their aging parents. She also teaches meditation and worked as a visiting nurse for Atlantic Home Care for 18 years before founding Project SHIN. Karen lives in Livingston.
