Larry Aronson OwnerLarry Aronson Owner
Larry opened the Homewatch CareGivers office in August 2009. Prior, Larry had a successful career in marketing and sales with large consumer products companies including Procter & Gamble, Warner Lambert, and Revlon. He is a hands-on owner highly involved with all aspects of the business. He takes pride in the person relationships he has with clients, their families, and our caregivers. Larry is a member of the South Orange Senior Citizens Advisory Committee and a trustee for the Kessler Research Foundation. He resides in South Orange.

Stacey Chusid, RN Director of NursingStacey Chusid, RN Director of Nursing
Stacey joined Homewatch CareGivers in September 2013. Effective July 2014 Stacey became our Director of Nursing. She has BSN degree from SUNY Binghampton and 28 years of practical nursing experience including five years of geriatric home care experience. Stacey lives in Springfield.

Margo Weill, MSW Manager of CareMargo Weill, MSW Manager of Care
Margo joined Homewatch CareGivers in September 2011 and became a partner in January 2013. She earned her MSW degree at Columbia University. She has been in the homecare field for over 10 years. Prior to joining Homewatch CareGivers Margo was a social worker for Jewish Family Service. Margo's primary responsibility is working with our clients, families and caregivers. Margo lives in South Orange and in her free time she enjoys running with her dog AJ.

Celina joined Homewatch Caregivers in December 2008. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. She has experience caring for the elderly in both home and facilities. Her responsibilities include staffing, training and development. She currently resides in Clark, NJ.?

Eneika joined Homewatch CareGivers in January 2010. Eneika has over 10 years of experience caring for the elderly in nursing facilities and private homes. Eneika’s passion for her job is evident in everything she does. She has two children and lives in East Orange.

Debbie joined Homewatch CareGivers in June 2015. She has over 20 years experience with St. Barnabas Hospital in pulmonary and geriatric nursing. She has a BSN from Seton Hall University. As all of her coworkers know, her true love for animals is heightened when she is greeted by her dog, two cats and bunny.

Karen Frank, RN is known as the Project SHIN (Spiritual Healing Integrating Nursing) nurse in our community. Her work focuses on integrating physical, emotional and spiritual health. She advises individuals and families facing the challenge of health or lifestyle changes and consults with the “sandwich generation” seeking to provide care for their aging parents. She teaches meditation and Wise Aging in the community. She is wife and mother to four, and lives in Denville.

Jessica Lesnik, MSW Client Care SupervisorJessica Lesnik, MSW Client Care Supervisor
Jessica joined Homewatch CareGivers in November 2015. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Union College and earned her Masters degree in Social Work from Columbia University. Jessica has over 25 years experience as a social worker and for the past 15 years has worked in a variety of geriatric care settings such as rehab hospitals and home-based services. She is well versed in the many issues and challenges that face the senior population and their families and can assist with counseling as well as community resource referrals. Jessica lives in Livingston with her husband, 2 children and dog, Ozzy.

Randi joined Homewatch CareGivers April 2019. Randi has extensive experience enhancing the lives of older adults; developing programming focused on socialization and intellectual stimulation as well as supporting family members for the JCC of MetroWest and Congregation Agudath Israel. She earned her MSW from Adelphi University School of Social Work. Randi is responsible for increasing the connection between Homewatch CareGivers services and the broader community. Randi lives in West Caldwell.

Stephanie Kresch, joined Homewatch CareGivers in September 2018. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her master’s degree in Health Communications from Emerson College/Tufts University School of Medicine. After completing her education, she embarked on a 15-year career in healthcare, which includes almost 10 years in home care. Her areas of expertise include community outreach, marketing and human resources management. Stephanie lives in Short Hills with her husband two kids, dog and cat.
