Our Founding Story

The inception of Homewatch CareGivers in Boise was inspired by the vision of Eric Wallentine, a former engineer with a rich background in problem-solving and innovation. After transitioning from a corporate environment that lacked personal fulfillment, Eric was driven by the desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. This led him to the caregiving industry, where he has been applying his extensive experience and compassion to improve the quality of life for seniors in the Treasure Valley. Eric, a certified senior advisor (CSA), alongside his family, has been at the forefront of our operations, embodying the values of care and integrity that we stand for

Joining Eric in this journey is Nate Benjamin, a seasoned professional with extensive international business experience. Moved by personal experiences and a resolve to contribute more meaningfully to the community, Nate became a co-founder of our Boise location. His dedication to the welfare of the elderly, especially those battling Alzheimer’s disease, is a testament to the depth of our team’s empathy and commitment.
