Story of Homewatch CareGivers of Temecula
Our personal and professional experiences have guided us to our passion which is to serve others. Our goal is to provide quality care to those in need in our community. We are Archie and Sabrina Rodia. Our personal experiences with the need for caregivers began when the health of Archie’s father Roccy at the age of 88 his health began to decline. He was no longer able to drive and get himself to appointments and do his grocery shopping. The family pitched in and we were able to maintain his physical needs. As Roccy’s health continued to decline the family realized a need for more help was required. We then used a caregiving service, and through this we saw the benefits for Roccy, not only physically, but also emotionally. Roccy did pass away at the age of 89. Through this experience of providing care for Roccy, but also enlisting the help of caregivers we felt a passion to provide this type of care for others in need.
Sabrina has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for 11 years. The last few years working with hospice as an RN case manager. During this time, Sabrina saw the various needs of the patients and family members. It was often necessary for patients to have additional care beyond that provided by Hospice. This experience led us to realize we would love to have our hands in a business that could provide the kind of quality care to help enrich the lives of others in a time of need. We have seen the benefits of quality care on many levels. We feel we can achieve quality care by maintaining excellent caregivers who are thoroughly trained and educated.
Our care and dedication will be first to our caregivers, so they in turn can provide excellent care for our clients.
