Lori Mgrdichian is the Owner of the Homewatch CareGivers operations in Western Mass and North Central CT, with offices in West Springfield and Northampton Mass, as well as Windsor and West Hartford CT, servicing communities across Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Lori’s familiarity with home care services began when her own family realized that they needed help with caregiving responsibilities. Her mom and dad were struggling with challenging diagnoses, and Lori’s brother-in-law was experiencing the inevitable decline associated with early onset dementia. Both Lori and her sister had demanding corporate leadership positions at the time. Coordinating caregiving duties, trips to doctors, and still raising families of their own, became a real challenge.

Lori’s energy and passion is focused on helping families who are going through some of these same situations. “Our caregivers are in the home offering assistance with some activities of daily living or to be a companion and lift the spirits of the client’s we serve.” Lori continues, “There are so many ways that we can help our clients to maintain their independence, while at the same time, helping families to juggle their many responsibilities.”
