Dear Peter, I want to let you know how much I appreciate office staff, home health aides, you. First, there is Jo. She is a real dear and very competent, effective in doing her job. . She’s been very helpful to us, assisting with care plan update, checking in with us on caregivers and Roger’s needs. When I have to call on a weekend, or you have to call me, I think about how hard your work is because of the 24/7 responsibility. I sincerely appreciate all your help.

We have been in business for over 12 years in Northampton and
over 90% of our clients need some dementia care. Our caregivers are taught to look for signs
that may make safety in the home an issue. For instance, not turning off the stove, loose rugs on the floor, no
mats in tubs, and no grab bars in the shower or tub.
As our clients’ cognition decreases, then we need to be
aware of slips, trips and falls. Their
sense of balance decreases as the dementia increases. We also need to be aware of our clients’ who
“sundown” or have a tendency to wander outside. Our caregivers are trained on
the different stages, thus their interactions with the client must be
