Our client’s plan of care is unique to each individuals needs. Our registered nurse will visit with each client to review their past medical history, medications, level of activity, and current needs. From this assessment a plan of care will be developed to enhance or maintain the client’s lifestyle. Our goals are to improve or maintain physical functioning, social interactions, and overall mental and physical health.
Here at Homewatch CareGivers of Burleson, we train our in-home Alzheimer caregivers to provide preventative care using guidelines that are clinically proven in evidence-based practice. Our home health agency incorporates each client’s values, expectations, and evidence based interventions to provide a higher standard of quality care.
