Homewatch CareGivers Franchise Owner’s Give Back to the Community

Two hands holding and crossed together

Do you want to start your own business and give back to the community? Homewatch CareGivers combines both to create the perfect business opportunity. We consider candidates very carefully to ensure they will share the values of our brand.

We do not require previous medical or healthcare experience, we do find that many of our franchise owners have backgrounds in similar professions and share the qualities of those that do.

Some qualities our franchise owners have are:

  • You share a passion for our mission, vision, and values
  • You want to create jobs in your community
  • You are skilled at communication and networking

Many of our franchise owners even love teaming up within their communities to give back. Meet Larry Aronson, franchise owner in South Orange, New Jersey. Larry teamed up with The Jewish Community Center and brought back much-needed programming to the seniors.

By collaborating with the JCC and Homewatch CareGivers he said that “We have found ways to engage so that when someone needs a referral, the list starts with us. What we do with the JCC is an investment in the relationship and we have gotten way more back in the ROI than we have put in.” This is a great example of how our franchise owners can network within their own communities.
