Role Overview:
As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of NW Atlanta, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to provide companionship, monitor health, and create a positive living environment. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule across seven days of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to the care team promptly.
- Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Participate in regular check-ins and care reviews to ensure quality and consistency of care.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Compassion and a genuine desire to help others in their daily lives.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to clients' homes in the Roswell area.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and participate in ongoing training.
Bonus If You:
- Have CPR and First Aid certification.
- Possess specialized training in caring for individuals with specific needs (e.g., dementia care).
- Are bilingual and can communicate in additional languages.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only, specifically in Roswell, Georgia.
