We really appreciated the excellent care Caregiver Reese provided to our daughter! Reese deserves paramount recognition for being so highly professional with a great attitude and an excellent work ethic. She really raised our daughter's spirits and gave us a much needed break. She is truly a gem! We're going to ask for Reese in the future! Also, thank you to Randy Kendzior, owner of this wonderful agency, who was very responsive to our request for a caregiver on a Sunday afternoon. He was patient and compassionate, and he was able to accommodate us at such short notice. We highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for reliable and professional caregivers! They are a GODSEND!

Update: I'm very satisfied with my care. My caregiver is very sweet, and we have a great rapport. Allison is professional and is easy to be with when she is here. Whenever she gets here I ask, "How are the kiddies?" and we have good conversations. She goes right ahead and takes care of the things that need to be done, and I get a hug before she leaves. If I need anything I can call Homewatch CareGivers of Billings on my Homewatch Connect system and they get it taken care of. I can also see my family and friends on my Homewatch Connect! I would recommend Homewatch CareGivers to anyone. So far so good! I have had a great experience so far and feel that I fit well with my caregiver. A+
I had knee surgery and needed daily help a few hours a day. Have to say they were the best. Friendly, treated you like family and showed up willing to help with all your needs. I can’t say enough good things about Miley, Sarah and Erlane. All great and I feel like family to all who was involved in my recovery. I will miss them.
I am so grateful to have had the support of Krista with Homewatch CareGivers during the postpartum period. Their staff and caretakers were absolute angels! They provided me with much-needed support, helped with organizing (tons of baby clothes by size) and meal prepping, and even assisted with light household chores. The care and compassion they showed me was exceptional. Highly recommend! In the future, I would love to gift this service to a mom in the postpartum stage.
