Schedule An Introductory CallRandy and Kendra Kendzior spent 25 years living and raising their family in Austin, Texas. They spent their summers and winters taking their kids to visit Montana to see family and explore the many different outdoor experiences. For the past 31 years, Randy worked in the high-tech industry, where he utilized his dual Bachelor's degrees and his Master's in Technology Management to help bring cutting-edge technologies to global markets. Kendra used her degree in Dental Hygiene, working as a dental hygienist and volunteering her free time for medical mission trips. They supported their children through many athletic and extracurricular pursuits, with Kendra even becoming an assistant scoutmaster for their son's Boy Scout troop. After their kids grew up, they all decided to move to Montana to raise the next generation of their family. Randy and Kendra agreed they wanted to impact their new community positively, so they decided to open a Homewatch CareGivers franchise, knowing that they could provide quality care to their future clients while being one of the best employers for their local caregivers. Randy and Kendra are excited to use their experiences in this new endeavor and look forward to using their free time to show their grandkids the great state of Montana!
Sarah Diaz grew up in Texas, but her love for Montana started early when she visited her uncle in Red Lodge. She spent her time there enjoying the outdoors, learning about camping, playing with horses, and Snowboarding Red Lodge Mountain! As soon as Sarah could leave Texas, she moved to Bozeman and spent two years at Montana State University as a student-athlete. She spent her free time volunteering with Eagle Mount, which sparked her passion for helping people with different abilities. From there, Sarah returned to Texas to finish her degree in Recreation Administration with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from Texas State University. She also acted as a caregiver for her father as he overcame some health issues. Since then, Sarah has been working to enrich people's lives through recreation, and her time as a certified therapeutic recreation specialist has opened her eyes to many ways to help people! Sarah's attention to detail and person-centered approach make her the perfect Operations Director for our business.
