A specialist in strategic growth and operational systems, he transitioned from launching global technologies to building a foundation of excellence in home care. Randy oversees agency operations with a focus on quality standards and team leadership. He is an avid RC pilot and enjoys exploring Montana with his family and dogs.
Kendra is dedicated to fostering a culture of clinical excellence and person-centered care. Formerly a dental hygienist, she brings a strong background in healthcare and a lifelong commitment to community service, including international medical missions. Kendra founded the Billings office to provide high-quality care solutions and meaningful local employment. Originally from Texas, she is a devoted outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and spending time with her grandchildren in the Montana wilderness.
Sarah Diaz grew up in Texas, but her love for Montana started early when she visited her uncle in Red Lodge. She spent her time there enjoying the outdoors, learning about camping, playing with horses, and Snowboarding Red Lodge Mountain! As soon as Sarah could leave Texas, she moved to Bozeman and spent two years at Montana State University as a student-athlete. She spent her free time volunteering with Eagle Mount, which sparked her passion for helping people with different abilities. From there, Sarah returned to Texas to finish her degree in Recreation Administration with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from Texas State University. She also acted as a caregiver for her father as he overcame some health issues. Since then, Sarah has been working to enrich people's lives through recreation, and her time as a certified therapeutic recreation specialist has opened her eyes to many ways to help people! Sarah's attention to detail and person-centered approach make her the perfect to handle our Marketing and Social Media content.
Emily has 25 years of caregiving and health-care experience and eight years of service in the Marine Corps. A Certified Care Manager, she leads initial and renewal assessments and is especially skilled in veteran-focused care, calming anxious clients, and helping families navigate available support and community resources. Her calm, organized, and patient approach helps Veterans and families feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout the care process.
Pily has nearly eight years of caregiving experience and a background in public safety dispatch. She conducts Monthly Care Reviews and Virtual Wellness Visits, introduces caregivers to new clients, and keeps clients, families, and caregivers connected. Certified in First Aid, CPR, Emergency Medical Dispatch, and Emergency Mental Health Dispatch, Pily brings a calm, compassionate presence to every interaction. She is bilingual in Spanish and believes every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and safe.
