We are happy to spotlight Shameka Smith, who is a huge asset to Homewatch CareGivers of Brownsburg (HWCG). She is punctual, hardworking, reliable, and pleasant in her communications. Shameka’s experience as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) has helped her with the skills she needs to assist her client. She is dedicated and puts in a lot of hours to ensure that he is well taken care of.
When we let Shameka know that she was being spotlighted for her hard work & dedication, in true form to who she is, she responded with the kindest words about all of us at HWCG. Here is what she had to say about working with her client and being a part of our team.
“I have to first give God His glory for allowing me to be able to do a job I truly enjoy. Being a CNA/Caregiver is not just a job I just decided to do. It's something I was born to do. I believe this is my calling. Not many people can go 30 years in a career and say that they absolutely love their job. I can!!

Homewatch CareGivers has been a blessing to me as well as my family. If it hadn't been for my cousin, who is a client of Homewatch, I don't believe I would be here. He was previously with two other companies that we felt were not a good fit for him. Then came Mr. Clark with Homewatch CareGivers! We were confident we had found the right place.
The professionalism, the attentiveness to meet the needs of my family and the desire to fight for obtaining the hours he needed was absolutely amazing. This is why I chose to come on staff here. I love the atmosphere, the comradery, compassion and respect they have shown to me as well as others.
