This level of care allows clients to remain at home while providing regular communication with a care coordinator, family members, and healthcare providers.
Client engagement is fostered through Homewatch ConnectTM. This technology allows for virtual home care visits, during which a care specialist can monitor the person’s condition and observe for signs that intervention is needed. Virtual calls also serve as critical touchpoints, giving the caregiver and client opportunities to socialize. These regular conversations can mitigate social isolation and feelings of loneliness.
When basic home care assistance becomes necessary, a nearby Homewatch CareGivers location can provide the appropriate level of in-home care to meet the person’s unique needs.

I moved to Billings in June and unfortunately fractured my humerus. I needed help with showers and rides. I contacted Homewatch and met with Randy and Emily. They were both so helpful, concerned & made me feel so comfortable. Saige has been helping me with my showers and little things around the house! She has been a godsend to me. She is always on time and so helpful. Sue has been driving me to my PT appointments since I can't drive yet. She is also always on time and so nice to visit with. They both feel like new friends! My experience with Homewatch has been wonderful. I highly recommend them for any home care needs. They work with you to help with all of your needs!
